🎯 Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing invoices and payments, handling GST filings, and ensuring compliance with accounting and taxation standards.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- 📑 Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, and other financial documents
- 📆 Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping
- 🧾 Prepare and send invoices, and follow up with clients for pending payments
- 🏦 Manage banking activities, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliation
- 📞 Communicate professionally with clients and vendors via calls and emails
- 💳 Make payments through NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, and track payment status
- 🧮 Handle and file GST returns and ensure timely compliance
- 📊 Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet statements
- 📘 Assist in finalization of accounts, internal and statutory audits
- 📋 Maintain ledgers, fixed asset registers, and other accounting records
- 💵 Manage petty cash, and record expenses accordingly
- ✅ Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and internal company policies
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent)
- 🧾 Working knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software
- 💼 2–5 years of experience in accounts and finance
- 📈 Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and banking processes
- 🧠 Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- ✍️ Good communication skills and a professional attitude
