📠Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and innovative Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying engineering principles to solve technical problems, improve product efficiency, and support the full product lifecycle from concept to production. 🔧
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Conduct feasibility studies, calculations, and simulations for new designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance
- Create and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation
- Recommend modifications to improve performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness
- Support production with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations
- Prepare detailed project documentation and technical reports
📘 Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in mechanical design, product development, or manufacturing
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo)
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, thermodynamics, and materials
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and documentation skills
🌟 Preferred Skills:
- Experience with FEA/CFD tools (e.g., ANSYS)
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing techniques
- Familiarity with automation or robotics
- Hands-on experience with 3D printing or rapid prototyping
