🔠Job Summary:
We are looking for a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to protect our premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will maintain a high visibility presence, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure the safety and security of people and property.
🔠Key Responsibilities:
- ðŸ‘ï¸ Monitor and patrol premises regularly to deter and detect suspicious behavior
- 📠Check and verify visitor IDs, log entries and exits
- 🚪 Control access at building entrances, gates, or restricted areas
- 📹 Operate security systems including CCTV, alarms, and surveillance tools
- 🧯 Respond to alarms and emergencies, follow evacuation procedures if needed
- 🚨 Report incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences to supervisors
- 💬 Provide assistance and directions to staff, visitors, or clients
- 🧹 Ensure cleanliness and safety in designated zones
- 🤠Cooperate with law enforcement in case of emergencies or investigations
✅ Skills & Qualifications:
- 🎓 Minimum 10th pass or equivalent education
- 👮 Prior experience in security (preferred but not mandatory)
- 🧠Good observation and problem-solving skills
- ðŸ—£ï¸ Basic communication skills (local language + English/Hindi)
- â±ï¸ Ability to work in shifts (day/night) and stand for long hours
- 📋 Knowledge of emergency response protocols
- 💪 Physically fit and mentally alert
