Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and compassionate Caretaker to provide personal support and ensure the well-being of individuals, properties, or facilities. The ideal candidate should be dependable, attentive, and capable of performing a range of caretaking duties such as basic assistance, routine maintenance, supervision, or health-related support.

Key Responsibilities:

🧓 If for Personal/Elderly Care:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
• Administer medication and monitor vital signs as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with basic household chores and meal preparation
• Accompany clients to medical appointments or outdoor activities
• Maintain hygiene and ensure a safe living environment

🏠 If for Facility/Property Care:

• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of property/building
• Conduct regular inspections and report issues to management
• Oversee security, open/close premises, and monitor visitor entry
• Handle minor repairs or coordinate with maintenance personnel
• Ensure all areas are safe, clean, and well-functioning

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 🎓 High school education or equivalent; caregiving certification preferred (for personal care)
• 🤝 Patience, empathy, and attentiveness
• 🧹 Basic housekeeping and first aid knowledge
• 🛠️ General maintenance and property management skills (for facility roles)
• ⏱️ Ability to manage time and follow instructions
• 🗣️ Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

• May include flexible shifts, weekends, or overnight stays
• Physically demanding; may involve lifting or assisting with mobility
• Work environment may be in homes, residential facilities, hospitals, or offices
