Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing brand identity, generating leads, and building market presence across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- 📈 Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- 📊 Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- 🧠Plan and execute brand, product, and service promotion campaigns
- 📢 Manage digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing)
- ðŸ–¼ï¸ Oversee creative content development including graphics, copy, and multimedia
- 🤠Coordinate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives
- 📅 Organize events, webinars, and promotional activities
- 🧾 Monitor ROI, analyze campaign performance, and report on KPIs
- 💼 Manage agency and vendor relationships
- 🧑ðŸ¤ðŸ§‘ Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals (if applicable)
Skills & Qualifications:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 🧠Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- 💻 Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.)
- ðŸ—£ï¸ Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills
- 📈 Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
- 🧩 Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- 🎨 Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
