📋 Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and energetic Warehouse Supervisor 🏗️ to oversee and manage our daily warehouse operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch of goods 📦 while leading a team to maintain productivity, safety, and efficiency.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• 📦 Supervise loading, unloading, sorting, and storage of goods
• 📋 Plan, assign, and review staff tasks and shifts
• 🔄 Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
• 🧾 Ensure timely and accurate data entry into warehouse systems
• 🚚 Coordinate with logistics for inbound and outbound shipments
• 🧯 Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness in the warehouse
• ⚙️ Conduct equipment and infrastructure inspections
• 📊 Prepare operational and stock reports for management
• 👥 Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff
• 🛠️ Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues

🧠 Skills & Qualifications:

• 🎓 Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• 📈 2–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics
• 💻 Proficiency in warehouse software and inventory systems
• 💪 Physical stamina to handle warehouse conditions
• 🗣️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• ⏱️ Excellent time management and attention to detail
• 🚨 Knowledge of workplace safety practices
