Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR operations. This role is critical in shaping a positive work culture and aligning HR functions with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- 🧑💼 Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies
- 👥 Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- 📊 Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations
- 🎓 Identify training needs and organize employee development programs
- 🤠Resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters
- 📜 Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- 💬 Foster a healthy and engaging workplace culture
- 🧾 Oversee payroll, attendance, and HRIS systems
- 📠Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- 💼 Provide guidance to management on organizational structure and workforce planning
Qualifications & Skills:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 🧑💼 5+ years of proven experience in HR management or senior HR roles
- 📚 In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance standards
- 🗣 Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- 🖥 Proficient in HR software, MS Office, and payroll systems
- 💡 Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- 📅 Strong organizational and time management skills
