Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of machine operations, safety standards, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines at the beginning of the shift to ensure proper working order
• Operate machinery efficiently and safely according to company standards
• Monitor the production process and adjust machine settings as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report any technical issues
• Keep accurate records of production output, machine performance, and downtime
• Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
• Adhere to company policies and work instructions

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10th pass; ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience operating industrial machines (textile, packaging, manufacturing, etc.)
• Basic understanding of mechanical tools and machine components
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in shifts
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues
• Team player with good communication skills

Working Conditions:

• Shift work may be required (day/night)
• Standing for long periods and manual handling of materials
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as per company policy
