🔠Key Responsibilities
- 🧰 Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of air filtration, conveying, and process systems
- 🛠Diagnose technical issues and provide prompt solutions
- 📞 Provide remote and on-site customer support
- 📋 Prepare service reports and documentation
- 👨🫠Train customers on system operation and basic troubleshooting
- 🤠Collaborate with the design and sales teams for feedback and improvement
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- 🎓 Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
- 🔌 Hands-on experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
- 🗣 Good communication and interpersonal skills
- 💻 Basic knowledge of MS Office and service documentation
- 🚗 Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
