🎯 Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team as Picker Packers. The role involves picking items from shelves, packing them safely for dispatch, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. It’s a key role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations. 🚚📦
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- ✅ Pick products as per order sheets using handheld devices or pick lists
- 📦 Pack items securely, label packages correctly, and prepare for shipment
- 🔠Inspect products for damage or expiry before packing
- 🧹 Maintain cleanliness and order in the packing area
- 📋 Update order records and report any discrepancies
- 🤠Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and delivery teams
- â±ï¸ Meet daily picking/packing targets with accuracy
📚 Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 🧾 Minimum 10th pass or equivalent
- 🤓 Basic reading and numeric skills
- 💪 Ability to lift and move medium-weight packages
- â±ï¸ Time management and punctuality
- 👀 Attention to detail
- 🚨 Awareness of safety and hygiene practices
- 🧑ðŸ¤ðŸ§‘ Team player with a positive attitude
- 🔄 Willingness to work in shifts or flexible hours
