We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers by providing product/service information, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
- Promote company products or services through upselling or cross-selling.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Technical, Billing) to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated with product knowledge.

📘 Qualifications:

- 0–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
