🎯 Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products and services. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and recommend the right solutions.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- 🤠Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients
- 📞 Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- 📠Understand customer needs and suggest suitable technical solutions
- 💬 Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation
- 🔄 Coordinate with engineering, R&D, and production teams to ensure client requirements are met
- 📈 Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up on leads
- 📊 Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis
- 🧠Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and new products
- ðŸ› ï¸ Provide post-sales support and technical assistance as needed
✅ Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field)
- 📌 1–3 years of experience in technical sales or B2B sales (freshers may also apply with strong aptitude)
- ðŸ—£ï¸ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- ðŸ› ï¸ Technical aptitude to understand and explain engineering concepts
- â±ï¸ Good time management and organizational abilities
- 💻 Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and technical documentation
- 🚘 Willingness to travel for client meetings and demos
