💼 Job Title: Picker/Packer
🚚 **Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and efficient Picker and Packer to support our warehouse operations. The role involves accurately picking products from inventory and packing them safely for shipment. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- 📋 Read and understand order sheets to pick correct items
- 📦 Pack items neatly and securely according to company standards
- ðŸ·ï¸ Label and tag packages for delivery or dispatch
- 🔎 Inspect products for quality and report damaged items
- 🧽 Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
- 📊 Update inventory records as items are picked and packed
- 📦 Stack, load, or move packages for shipping
- 🚨 Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or shortages
- â±ï¸ Meet productivity and accuracy targets

- 🔠Attention to detail and accuracy
- 💪 Physical ability to lift, move, and stand for long periods
