🧑‍🍳 Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious meals, ensuring high food quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the kitchen's day-to-day operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes as per menu and recipe guidelines.
• Ensure food is presented in a visually appealing manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Follow food safety standards and comply with health regulations.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and inform the chef of any shortages.
• Assist in planning and preparing food for special events or functions.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff and support team members as needed.
• Monitor portion control and minimize waste.

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role in a restaurant/hotel.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.

⏰ Working Hours:

Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as per kitchen schedule.
