📝 Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen operations and create exceptional culinary experiences. 🍽️ You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, managing kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to menu planning and innovation. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- 🍲 Prepare and cook a variety of cuisines to the highest standards
- 📋 Plan menus in collaboration with management or head chefs
- 🧼 Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness of the kitchen at all times
- 🔪 Supervise and train kitchen staff and junior cooks
- 🧾 Monitor inventory and place orders for kitchen supplies as needed
- 💡 Innovate new dishes and improve existing recipes
- 🧰 Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper use
- 💸 Manage food costs, minimize waste, and ensure portion control
✅ Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 🎓 Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- 👨🍳 Proven experience as a Chef or Cook (minimum 3–5 years)
- 🍛 Expertise in [mention cuisine: Indian, Continental, Multi-Cuisine, etc.]
- 🧠 Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food presentation
- 🧽 Familiarity with HACCP and food safety standards
- 🤝 Excellent team management and leadership skills
- 🕐 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
