📝 Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Operator Engineer Trainee to join our operations team. 🎓 This is an entry-level opportunity designed to provide hands-on training and exposure to engineering operations, production systems, and machinery. Under the guidance of senior engineers and supervisors, the trainee will learn to operate machines, monitor production processes, and support daily manufacturing activities.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- ⚙️ Learn to operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment
- 📈 Assist in maintaining process parameters and ensuring product quality
- 🛠️ Support troubleshooting of minor mechanical or process issues
- 📋 Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and quality guidelines
- 🔍 Participate in regular inspections and machine checks
- 🧾 Maintain logs, reports, and documentation related to daily operations
- 👨🏫 Work under the supervision of experienced engineers and attend training sessions
✅ Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 🎓 Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- 🧰 Basic understanding of manufacturing or engineering operations
- 🔍 Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- 🧠 Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and follow instructions
- 🤝 Good communication and teamwork skills
- ⏱️ Flexibility to work in shifts and under pressure
