We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products and equipment at customer sites. This role demands a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service abilities.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and maintain mechanical/electrical equipment at client locations 🔩
• Diagnose technical issues and perform timely repairs 🛠️
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers
• Conduct routine service and preventive maintenance
• Document service activities, reports, and feedback accurately 📄
• Train end-users on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalated support and spare parts
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

✅ Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field 🎓
• 1–3 years of experience in field service or equipment maintenance
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 🗣️
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site at customer locations 🚗
• Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance regulations
