Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Civil Engineer to oversee and execute civil construction activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is carried out as per design specifications, timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 📐 Interpret and execute construction drawings and structural plans

• 🏗️ Supervise on-site construction work such as excavation, RCC, shuttering, steel fixing, and concreting

• 📋 Prepare daily progress reports, material usage logs, and quality checklists

• 👷‍♂️ Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labor teams, and project managers to ensure smooth execution

• 📦 Monitor material inventory and ensure timely procurement

• ✅ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

• 📍 Conduct layout, leveling, and surveying work on site

• 🔧 Troubleshoot technical issues and report to senior engineers or project heads

🧠 Key Skills & Qualifications

• 🎓 Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent)

• 2–5 years of relevant site execution experience

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural elements

• Familiarity with civil engineering codes and safety regulations

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tracking tools

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
