🎯 Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Export Manager to oversee and expand our international business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all export-related activities 🌍, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations 📜, and driving business growth through strong customer relations and market development.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• 🌐 Develop and manage export strategies for existing and new international markets
• 📄 Ensure timely and accurate documentation for shipments (Invoices, COOs, BLs, etc.)
• 📦 Coordinate with logistics, freight forwarders, CHA, and customs authorities
• ✅ Ensure compliance with international laws, regulations, and quality standards
• 💬 Liaise with international clients and build strong long-term relationships
• 💹 Monitor export sales performance and implement plans to achieve targets
• 🛫 Manage end-to-end export process – from order receipt to final delivery
• 🧾 Handle Letter of Credit (LC), TT, CAD and all export payment terms
• 📊 Prepare regular reports on export activity and present to senior management
• 🏢 Participate in international trade fairs/exhibitions like IPHEX, CPHI, etc.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 🎓 Bachelor's/Master’s degree in International Business/Marketing or related field
• 🌎 Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, export regulations, and documentation
• 📬 Excellent communication & negotiation skills (spoken & written)
• ⚙️ Familiar with ERP systems, MS Office, and logistics platforms
• 📈 Analytical mindset with business development capabilities
• 💼 Prior experience in pharma export is highly preferred
