🎯 Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. 🧵 The ideal candidate will operate industrial sewing machines to manufacture garments or textile products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• 🧵 Operate various types of sewing machines (e.g., flatbed, overlock, zigzag, etc.)
• ✂️ Stitch fabric pieces together as per the design and pattern
• 📐 Follow specifications and measurements with accuracy
• 🧽 Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area
• 🔍 Inspect finished garments/products for quality and accuracy
• 🪡 Perform basic machine maintenance (threading, changing needles, oiling, etc.)
• 📋 Record production output and report any defects or issues

• 🧠 Good knowledge of sewing techniques and garment construction
• 👁️ Attention to detail and precision
• 💪 Manual dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination
• 🕰️ Ability to meet daily/weekly production targets
• 🎓 Minimum 10th pass or vocational training in tailoring/sewing
• 🧰 Experience in garment/textile industry is preferred
