🎯 Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Solar Pump Technician to install, maintain, and repair solar-powered water pumping systems ☀️💧. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solar technology and a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission solar water pump systems in rural and urban areas 🔩
- Perform wiring, panel mounting, and system integration ⚡🔋
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on solar pumps 🛠️
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with solar equipment 🔍
- Provide usage and maintenance training to end-users 👨🌾📢
- Keep detailed records of site visits, installations, and service reports 📄
- Ensure safety standards and guidelines are followed at all job sites 🦺
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy 🎓
- Knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and DC/AC pump technology ☀️⚙️
- Experience in field installations and customer service preferred 🧰
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams 📐
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills 🔧
- Physically fit and willing to travel to remote locations 🚗🌾
- Basic communication and reporting skills 🗣️📝
🌟 Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with government schemes like PM-KUSUM or MNRE programs 🏛️
- Prior work with NGOs or rural development projects is a plus 🌱
