🎯 Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator ⚙️ to set up, maintain, and operate machinery. You’ll ensure the efficient running of production and maintain quality standards throughout the process. Your goal will be to ensure production procedures run smoothly to maximize efficiency and productivity.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines to start production 🔩
- Monitor and operate equipment safely and efficiently 👀⚙️
- Inspect parts with precision tools for quality control 🧪
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make minor adjustments 🛠️
- Maintain activity logs and production records 📝
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work area 🧼🚧
- Follow all company policies and safety protocols 🦺
🧠 Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing role 🏭
- Knowledge of production procedures and machine operation 🔄
- Understanding of measurement tools and mechanical systems 📏
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills 🧠
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods 💪
- Basic knowledge of computer systems (optional) 💻
- Team player with good communication skills 🤝
🎓 Preferred Qualifications:
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Related field 🎓
- Experience with CNC, injection molding, or automated machines 🖥️
