🎯 Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator 🧵 to join our production team. You will be responsible for operating sewing machines to manufacture or repair garments and textile products with precision and efficiency.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial sewing machines 🪡 to stitch, hem, and assemble garments or fabric items
- Read and interpret work orders, designs, or patterns 📄
- Ensure stitching quality and alignment meet standards ✅
- Perform regular machine maintenance and minor repairs ⚙️
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment 🧼
- Report defects or issues to the supervisor promptly 🗣️
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets 🎯
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a sewing machine operator 🧵
- Familiarity with different types of sewing machines (lockstitch, overlock, flatbed) 🪡
- Good understanding of fabric types and stitching techniques 👗
- Strong attention to detail 👀
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina 💪
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ⏱️
- Team player with effective communication skills 🤝
📈 Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training or certification in tailoring or garment technology 🎓
- Experience in mass production or garment factories 🏭
