📞 Telecaller

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team! As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services
🔹 Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries politely and efficiently
🔹 Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer information
🔹 Follow communication scripts and handle rejections positively
🔹 Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
🔹 Provide accurate information and handle complaints or concerns

💡 Key Skills Required

✅ Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi/English/regional language
✅ Ability to convince and persuade over the phone
✅ Good listening and problem-solving skills
✅ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
✅ Positive attitude, confidence, and patience

🎓 Qualifications

📘 Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
📆 Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome!)

Industrial Certificate : Experience
