Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Line Operator to join our production team! 🛠️ In this role, you will assemble parts or products on a manufacturing line, ensuring quality, speed, and safety at every step. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- 🔩 Assemble components or products based on instructions, drawings, or specifications.
- ⚙️ Operate tools, machines, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- 👀 Conduct visual and basic quality inspections of parts and finished products.
- 🧼 Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- ⏱️ Meet daily production goals and report any delays or equipment issues.
- 📦 Assist in labeling, packaging, and storing finished goods.
- 📄 Complete production logs and documentation accurately.

- 🤏 Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- 📘 Ability to read and follow technical instructions or blueprints.
- 🎯 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

📋 Qualifications:
- 🎓 High School Diploma / ITI or equivalent.
- 🏭 Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly (preferred but not required).
🏭 Working Conditions:
- ⏲️ Shift-based role with standing and repetitive tasks.
- 🧤 Mandatory use of safety equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
