Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue by generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential customers to promote and sell products/services
• Conduct field visits and door-to-door campaigns to generate leads and close sales
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Provide accurate feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitor activities
• Record daily customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools or reports
• Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations
• Ensure timely collection of payments and handle basic after-sales service issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline
• Prior experience in direct/field sales is preferred (not mandatory)
• Should own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license (if field mobility is required).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or mobile apps for reporting.
