Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. You will be the front line of our business, responsible for driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales techniques to existing and prospective customers.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure future sales.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver tailored solutions to customers.

  • Provide timely and effective customer support post-sale.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
