Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machinery in our production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets
• Set up machines before production and perform routine start-up checks
• Monitor machine operation and output to ensure high-quality results
• Detect and report any equipment malfunctions or irregularities
• Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of machines
• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure conformance to specifications
• Keep accurate production records and report daily output
• Follow safety procedures and use protective gear at all times
• Assist in the loading/unloading of raw materials or finished goods as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass or ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related trade
• Prior experience as a machine operator is preferred
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights or weekends (if applicable)
