We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce, alter, or repair garments and textile products according to design specifications and quality standards. This role demands precision, efficiency, and a strong understanding of stitching techniques and fabric handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various types of sewing machines (e.g., lockstitch, overlock, flatlock, buttonhole, bar tack).
• Sew, assemble, and finish garments or textile items according to production patterns and instructions.
• Perform quality checks on finished items to ensure stitching accuracy and product standards.
• Detect and repair defects in sewing, fabric alignment, and seam finishing.
• Follow production schedules and complete assigned targets within deadlines.
• Maintain and clean sewing machines and related tools on a regular basis.
• Handle fabrics and materials with care to avoid damage or wastage.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
• Record daily output and report any issues or machine malfunctions promptly.
• Adhere to workplace safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
  

Education Level : High School Diploma or Equivalent

Technical Education : N/A

Certificate : TOT Certified in Sewing Machine Operator

Industrial Certificate : Experience
