We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking AI - Database Administrator to manage, optimize, and secure databases that support AI/ML applications and large-scale data operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data availability, integrity, and scalability in environments that power artificial intelligence, data science, and analytics workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain databases that support AI/ML systems, including structured and unstructured data.
• Monitor database performance, tune queries, and manage indexes for optimal efficiency in high-volume environments.
• Support the integration of databases into AI data pipelines and machine learning workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to provide clean, secure, and accessible data for AI model training and inference.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes to handle large and complex datasets.
• Ensure high availability, backup, disaster recovery, and data replication strategies are in place.
• Implement and enforce security measures, access controls, and compliance with data governance policies.
• Maintain and support NoSQL and time-series databases relevant to AI workloads (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, InfluxDB).
• Automate database operations using scripts (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) and configuration tools.
