We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair equipment at client sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent technical support, ensuring equipment is functioning efficiently, and minimizing customer downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment or systems on-site or remotely.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failures.
• Provide technical training and support to clients or users.
• Maintain detailed service reports, documentation, and records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during field operations.
• Liaise with the engineering and customer service teams for product upgrades and feedback.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate them to design or R&D teams.
• Travel to client locations as needed for support.

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
