We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Solar Panel Installation Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent physical fitness, and a commitment to safety and quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install solar PV systems including panels, mounting structures, and inverters on rooftops or ground-mounted systems.
• Connect solar panels to electrical systems and ensure proper grounding and safety.
• Conduct site assessments to measure, cut, and fit mounting systems and wiring.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and system schematics.
• Test installed systems for functionality, performance, and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues related to solar systems, wiring, or components.
• Ensure all installations meet relevant codes, standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Follow strict safety procedures, including fall protection and electrical safety.
• Document installation processes, site conditions, and maintenance reports.
