We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Line Operator to join our dynamic production team. As an assembly line operator, you will be a crucial part of our manufacturing process, and you will be responsible for efficiently assembling components and products while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. You will work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and contribute to a smooth and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor assembly line equipment and machinery according to established procedures.
- Assemble parts and sub-assemblies accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Conduct regular quality checks on assembled products to identify and report any defects or deviations from specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Meet production targets and maintain consistent workflow.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Collaborate effectively with other assembly line team members to ensure smooth production flow.
- Package and label finished products according to specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records as required.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of assembly processes and equipment.
- Assist with the training of new team members as needed.
Education Qualification
Education Level : High School Diploma or Equivalent
Technical Education : ITI
Certificate : NA
Industrial Certificate : Experience
