- Job Role:
- For Extrusion / Poly Plant Department:
- Monitor and operate extrusion/ polymer plant machinery as per standard operating procedures.
- Assist in maintaining optimal process parameters for production.
- Conduct routine quality checks during the production process.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for equipment upkeep.
- Maintain shift-wise production reports and documentation.
- Support R&D engineers in product development and process improvement projects.
- Conduct lab tests, trials, and analysis of polymer and packaging materials.
- Record and interpret data to assist in product and process optimization.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal use.
- Stay updated with new materials, techniques, and technologies in the polymer industry.
- B.Sc. (Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry / Polymer Science / Physics / equivalent)
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of polymer materials and extrusion processes (for plant)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to work in shifts (for plant department)
- Keen interest in industrial R&D and product innovation (for R&D)
- Career progression in production, quality control, or R&D roles
- Training and development in modern manufacturing practices
- Exposure to industry-leading technologies and processes
