Job Title: Finished Goods Store & Dispatch Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finished Goods Store & Dispatch Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatch execution or as a finished goods store Incharge. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently manage the dispatch process and maintain accurate inventory records.

 Key Responsibilities:

⮚      Manage the dispatch process by coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.

⮚      Generate invoices and E-way bills for dispatched goods in compliance with regulatory requirements.

⮚      Maintain accurate inventory records and implement FIFO (First In, First Out) method for dispatches.

⮚      Store goods in designated places to ensure easy retrieval and efficient space utilization.

⮚      Utilize computer systems for inventory management and label printing; prior knowledge of label printing is preferred.

⮚      Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to inventory, dispatch activities, and other relevant metrics.

Requirements:

●        Minimum of a graduate degree in any relevant field.

●        At least 2 years of experience in dispatch execution or finished goods store management.

●        Proficiency in invoicing and generating E-way bills. Tally Software exp. Mandatory.

●        Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.

●        Computer-friendly with knowledge of label printing software.

●        Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with transport agencies.

● Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the smooth flow of dispatch operations.
