Job Description
We are looking for creative and dedicated individuals for a part-time opportunity in the Hair Dresser and Stylist job role. Candidates should have knowledge of hair care, hairstyling techniques, hair maintenance, and modern styling trends.
The role involves understanding different hair types and textures, recommending suitable hairstyles, and providing guidance on hair care and maintenance. Candidates should have basic knowledge of hair cutting, shampooing, conditioning, blow-drying, hair setting, basic hair coloring, and hair treatment procedures.
Individuals should be familiar with hairdressing tools and equipment and understand the importance of hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices. Good communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and a professional attitude are essential for this role.
Candidates should also be interested in learning new hairstyling techniques, keeping up with current beauty trends, and maintaining quality standards in their work. Relevant training, certification, or practical experience in hairdressing and styling will be an added advantage.
