About the Role
Balaji Education Society is looking for an experienced and skilled Emergency Care Assistant (TOT Certified Trainer) to deliver quality healthcare skill training to candidates as per the prescribed curriculum, assessment requirements, and guidelines of the respective Sector Skill Council.
The trainer will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training, candidate counselling, attendance monitoring, daily MIS reporting, practical demonstrations, pre-assessment preparation, assessment readiness, and motivating candidates towards successful certification and employment.
Trainer Eligibility
- Must be TOT-certified by the respective Sector Skill Council applicable to the job role.
- Educational qualification, occupational experience, and trainer eligibility should be as per the applicable NSQF Qualification Pack and SSC guidelines.
- Candidates should have relevant experience in emergency care, patient care, healthcare support, first aid, or related healthcare activities.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant industry or training experience is required.
- Strong practical knowledge of emergency care procedures, patient handling, basic life support, vital-sign monitoring, infection prevention, and healthcare safety is preferred.
- Good communication, counselling, classroom management, and training delivery skills are required.

Key Responsibilities
1. Candidate Counselling
- Counsel candidates regarding the Emergency Care Assistant job role, course structure, career opportunities, and healthcare industry requirements.
- Motivate candidates to actively participate in theoretical and practical training.
- Explain employment and career opportunities available in hospitals, healthcare facilities, emergency care settings, and related organisations.
2. Training Delivery
- Conduct theoretical and practical training as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Demonstrate relevant emergency care procedures, first aid practices, patient handling techniques, and safety protocols.
- Provide hands-on practical training using appropriate healthcare and emergency-care equipment.
- Ensure candidates develop the required occupational knowledge and practical competencies.
3. Attendance Monitoring
- Maintain daily candidate attendance records.
- Monitor candidate participation, punctuality, and involvement in practical sessions.
- Follow up with candidates regarding irregular attendance and encourage regular participation.
4. Daily MIS Reporting
- Prepare and submit daily training and MIS reports.
- Maintain attendance, training progress, practical performance, and candidate records.
- Coordinate with centre management regarding training activities and candidate performance.
5. Pre-Assessment Preparation
- Conduct practical practice sessions and mock assessments.
- Identify candidate learning gaps and provide additional guidance.
- Prepare candidates according to the prescribed assessment requirements and occupational standards.
6. Assessment & Certification Readiness
- Prepare candidates for theoretical and practical assessments.
- Explain assessment procedures, expected performance standards, and required competencies.
- Coordinate with the concerned team regarding assessment and certification-related activities.
7. Placement & Career Motivation
- Motivate candidates to participate in placement and career-development activities.
- Guide candidates regarding employment opportunities in hospitals, clinics, emergency care facilities, healthcare organisations, and related sectors.
- Encourage candidates to develop professional behaviour, workplace discipline, communication skills, and patient-care practices.
8. Training Quality & Results
- Maintain high standards of training quality and classroom discipline.
- Monitor candidate learning and practical performance throughout the training programme.
- Work towards strong candidate assessment and certification outcomes, subject to candidate attendance, participation, and assessment performance.
- Provide additional mentoring and practical support to candidates who require improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- TOT-certified Emergency Care Assistant / relevant Healthcare-sector Trainer.
- Relevant qualification and experience as per applicable NSQF/SSC requirements.
- Minimum 3 year of relevant industry or training experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of emergency care and basic healthcare procedures.
- Good communication, counselling, and training-delivery skills.
- Ability to conduct both classroom and practical training.
- Strong candidate engagement and mentoring skills.
- Willingness to work at an offline training centre in Sikar, Rajasthan.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
