Position: Mobilizer
Location: Beltola Tiniali (Assam)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Mobilizer to support candidate outreach, counselling, registration, and enrollment for training and skill development programs. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, conducting awareness activities, and ensuring successful candidate mobilization and enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize and counsel candidates for skill development and training programs.
- Conduct field visits, community outreach, awareness drives, and candidate engagement activities.
- Identify and generate leads through local communities, institutions, NGOs, colleges, schools, and other relevant networks.
- Explain training programs, eligibility criteria, course benefits, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face counselling and follow up with interested candidates.
- Assist candidates with registration, documentation, and enrollment processes.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, leads, registrations, and enrollments.
- Coordinate with the Training Centre and internal teams to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
- Achieve assigned mobilization and enrollment targets within the given timelines.
- Prepare regular daily/weekly MIS reports on mobilization activities and candidate status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities and referral networks.
- Support pre-training and post-enrollment activities as required.
- Perform other mobilization and outreach activities assigned by the management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in candidate mobilization, counselling, field outreach, skill development, education, training, or a related sector.
- Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for field mobilization activities.
Knowledge of the local area and community network in Beltola Tiniali (Assam)
- Will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
