Position: Guest Service Associate (Housekeeping) – TOT Certified Trainer

Qualification: Diploma / Graduation in Housekeeping, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Guest Service Associate (Housekeeping) – TOT Certified Trainer to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in hotel housekeeping operations. The trainer will be responsible for developing trainees' technical knowledge, practical skills, guest service abilities, and workplace readiness in accordance with industry standards and the prescribed training curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver classroom and practical training on hotel housekeeping operations and guest services.
2. Demonstrate guest room cleaning, bed making, bathroom cleaning, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitization procedures.
3. Train candidates on linen handling, laundry procedures, room setup, and housekeeping equipment.
4. Explain housekeeping SOPs, hygiene standards, safety procedures, and workplace practices.
5. Train candidates in professional communication, guest interaction, and complaint-handling techniques.
6. Conduct practical demonstrations and supervise trainees during hands-on activities.
7. Monitor trainee attendance, participation, discipline, and overall performance.
8. Conduct regular assessments, practical evaluations, and mock assessments.
9. Prepare candidates for final assessment and certification as per the applicable training standards.
10. Maintain training records, attendance sheets, assessment records, and daily MIS.
11. Counsel and motivate candidates to successfully complete the training program.
12. Coordinate with the training centre team for smooth batch operations and candidate management.
13. Ensure training delivery is aligned with the prescribed curriculum, NSQF requirements, and industry expectations.
14. Support candidates in developing employability and workplace-readiness skills.

Required Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping and hospitality operations.
2. Excellent practical demonstration and training-delivery skills.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage and motivate trainees.
5. Knowledge of housekeeping SOPs, hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
6. Strong classroom and practical session management skills.
7. Basic computer and MIS reporting skills.
8. Ability to conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback.

Eligibility:

1. Diploma / Graduation in Housekeeping, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
2. Relevant industry/training experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations.
3. Valid TOT (Training of Trainers) certification relevant to the job role is preferred/required as per project guidelines.
4. Candidates with strong practical industry exposure and training experience will be preferred.
