About the Role

1. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Warehouse Executive (TOT Certified Trainer) to deliver high-quality vocational training in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and material handling. The candidate will be responsible for providing theoretical and practical training while ensuring that trainees develop the technical knowledge and workplace skills required for employment in the warehousing and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver classroom and practical training related to warehouse operations and logistics.
2. Train candidates on receiving, storing, picking, packing, dispatching, and inventory handling procedures.
3. Demonstrate proper material handling, stock management, and warehouse safety practices.
4. Explain inventory control, stock verification, reconciliation, and documentation procedures.
5. Provide hands-on training on barcode scanning, labelling, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
6. Maintain trainee attendance, assessment records, training reports, and daily MIS.
7. Conduct practical demonstrations, assignments, mock activities, and periodic assessments.
8. Prepare trainees for final assessments and industry-oriented job roles.
9. Support candidates in developing workplace readiness, communication, teamwork, and professional behaviour.
10. Monitor trainee performance and provide individual guidance wherever required.
11. Ensure training delivery is aligned with the prescribed curriculum, NOS/QP requirements, and training standards.
12. Coordinate with the centre management and relevant stakeholders for smooth training implementation.
13. Maintain a safe, disciplined, and positive learning environment.
14. Assist in placement readiness and motivate eligible candidates for employment opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

1. Relevant educational qualification in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
2. Relevant industry experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations.
3. Valid TOT (Training of Trainers) Certification relevant to the job role is preferred/required as per project requirements.
4. Strong practical knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and material handling.
5. Prior experience in vocational/skill development training will be an advantage.
6. Good communication, presentation, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
