Param Skills is looking for experienced and qualified TOT Certified Trainers for the Solar LED Technician job role. We are seeking skilled professionals who can deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training and help candidates develop industry-relevant skills for employment and self-employment opportunities in the solar and renewable energy sector.
Job Role
Solar LED Technician – TOT Certified Trainer
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theory and practical training as per the approved curriculum.
- Provide hands-on training in Solar LED installation, assembly, wiring, testing, repair, and maintenance.
- Demonstrate solar panels, batteries, charge controllers, LED lighting systems, and related components.
- Train candidates in solar street lights, solar lanterns, and solar home lighting systems.
- Teach electrical wiring, connections, testing, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and assessments.
- Monitor trainee attendance, performance, and learning progress.
- Maintain training records, daily reports, and required documentation.
- Prepare candidates for assessment and certification.
- Support candidates with practical knowledge and career guidance.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of training tools and equipment.
- Maintain training quality and follow all project and centre guidelines.
Required Qualification & Experience
- Valid TOT Certification in the relevant job role/sector.
- Relevant qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Solar Energy, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
- Relevant industry and/or training experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of Solar LED systems, installation, wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
