Job Description

We are looking for a Dresser (Medical) – TOT Certified Trainer to deliver practical and theory-based training to students/trainees in basic patient care, wound dressing, first aid, infection prevention, and clinical support procedures. The trainer will be responsible for preparing trainees for workplace requirements while maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver classroom and practical training on medical dressing, wound care, first aid, and basic patient care.
2. Demonstrate correct techniques for wound dressing, bandaging, infection prevention, and basic clinical procedures.
3. Conduct hands-on demonstrations, practical sessions, assessments, and skill evaluations.
4. Train students on the proper use, handling, cleaning, and maintenance of medical instruments and supplies.
5. Explain infection control, hygiene, sterilization, PPE, and biomedical waste management practices.
6. Prepare lesson plans, training materials, practical demonstrations, and assessment activities.
