Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Frontline Health Caregiving Associate to provide essential patient care and healthcare support services in hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities, and home-care settings. The role involves assisting patients with their day-to-day care needs, supporting healthcare professionals, maintaining patient safety, and following established healthcare and infection-control protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic care and assistance to patients under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record basic vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
- Assist patients with mobility, personal hygiene, feeding, positioning, and other routine care requirements.
- Support healthcare staff during emergency and basic patient-care activities.
- Assist with basic first aid and emergency-care procedures within the scope of training.
- Support sample collection activities and ensure proper handling and transfer of samples as required.
- Operate and handle basic medical equipment such as pulse oximeters, nebulizers, oxygen concentrators, and other patient-care equipment as trained.
- Follow infection prevention, hygiene, sanitation, and patient-safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records, care notes, and other healthcare documentation.
