Job Summary

The Project Manager will lead the planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of a community-based cancer care initiative. The role will focus on improving awareness, prevention, early detection, screening, referral, and access to cancer care services, particularly among underserved communities. The Project Manager will work closely with healthcare providers, community organizations, government stakeholders, field teams, and other partners to ensure effective project delivery and measurable health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end planning and implementation of the community-based cancer care project.
2. Develop project work plans, timelines, targets, budgets, and implementation strategies.
3. Coordinate cancer awareness, prevention, screening, early detection, and referral activities.
4. Supervise and guide field teams, community health workers, volunteers, and project staff.
5. Build partnerships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, NGOs, government departments, and community organizations.
6. Organize community outreach, health camps, awareness sessions, and screening activities.
