About the Role
The Centre In-charge will be responsible for the overall planning, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of One Stop Centre (OSC) and HIV/Public Health program activities. The role involves managing centre operations, leading the team, coordinating with government departments and community stakeholders, and ensuring effective delivery of counselling, support, referral, outreach, and health-related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and service delivery of the OSC/Program Centre.
- Plan, implement, and monitor HIV/AIDS and public health program activities.
- Lead, supervise, and support centre staff, counsellors, outreach workers, and other field personnel.
- Ensure timely delivery of counselling, psychosocial support, referrals, and community-based services.
- Coordinate with government health departments, NACO/state HIV programs, hospitals, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct community outreach, awareness, mobilization, and prevention activities.
- Ensure proper case documentation, beneficiary records, referrals, and follow-up.
- Monitor program targets, indicators, outputs, and service quality.
