Job Summary
The Deputy General Manager – Resource Mobilization will lead the organization’s fundraising and resource mobilization initiatives, with responsibility for developing sustainable funding opportunities, building strategic relationships with corporates, CSR teams, foundations, institutional donors, philanthropists, and other funding partners. The role will drive fundraising targets, donor engagement, proposal development, and long-term strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual and long-term resource mobilization strategies.
- Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities across CSR, foundations, institutional donors, and philanthropic networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, donors, foundations, HNIs, and other stakeholders.
- Lead proposal development, concept notes, grant applications, budgets, and donor presentations.
- Manage the complete fundraising cycle from prospect identification and cultivation to negotiation, closure, and donor stewardship.
- Develop and maintain a robust fundraising pipeline and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
