Job Summary
BuddyMaa is seeking an experienced and motivated Programme Manager, District Coordinator – WaSH & Subject Matter Specialist to lead the planning, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WaSH) programmes at the district level. The role will involve working closely with communities, government departments, NGOs, schools, local institutions, field teams, and other stakeholders to strengthen WaSH interventions and achieve programme objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of WaSH programmes across assigned districts.
- Develop activity plans, implementation strategies, work plans, and programme schedules.
- Coordinate with district administration, government departments, local bodies, NGOs, schools, communities, and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise on water, sanitation, hygiene promotion, and community-based WaSH interventions.
- Conduct field visits to monitor programme implementation, quality, and outcomes.
