Job Summary

BuddyMaa is seeking an experienced and people-oriented Manager – Community Follow-Up to lead community engagement, follow-up activities, field coordination, and stakeholder interactions. The role will focus on maintaining regular communication with community members, tracking programme participation, addressing concerns, coordinating field teams, and ensuring effective implementation of community-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and manage community follow-up activities across assigned locations.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, beneficiaries, local leaders, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
3. Supervise and guide field/community mobilization teams.
4. Conduct regular follow-ups with beneficiaries to track participation, progress, and requirements.
5. Identify community-level challenges and coordinate appropriate solutions.
6. Organize community meetings, awareness sessions, outreach activities, and engagement programmes.

Education Level : Master's Degree
