Job Summary

BuddyMaa is seeking an experienced and responsible Manager – EHS & Compliance to lead Environment, Health & Safety initiatives and ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, environmental, and occupational safety requirements. The role will focus on developing EHS systems, conducting risk assessments and audits, monitoring compliance, investigating incidents, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
2. Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, safety, and statutory regulations.
3. Conduct workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, hazard identification, and compliance audits.
4. Monitor environmental performance, waste management, pollution control, and resource conservation initiatives.
5. Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
6. Coordinate internal and external EHS audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
