Job Summary

BuddyMaa is seeking an experienced, strategic, and impact-oriented Program Manager – CSR Governance & Sustainability to lead the planning, governance, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of CSR and sustainability initiatives. The role will work closely with corporate partners, NGOs, government stakeholders, implementation agencies, and internal teams to ensure that CSR programmes are aligned with organisational objectives, regulatory requirements, ESG principles, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement CSR strategies, programmes, and annual action plans aligned with organisational priorities.
2. Manage end-to-end CSR projects, including planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and closure.
3. Ensure effective CSR governance, compliance, documentation, and reporting.
4. Coordinate with NGOs, implementation partners, government departments, CSR foundations, and corporate stakeholders.
5. Develop project proposals, concept notes, budgets, logical frameworks, and implementation plans.
6. Monitor programme performance through KPIs, MIS, dashboards, field reviews, and periodic reports.
7. Conduct impact assessments and document programme outcomes, success stories, and learnings.
